Annular Testing Wellhead Device
※ Brief Introduction
The annular testing wellhead device is used for conducting annular testing in pumping wells, and is an essential device for testing tools to unwind and unwind downhole. It can be divided into two forms according to structure: single rotation and double rotation.
※ Working Principle
The oil pipe hanger in the single rotation wellhead device is seated on the casing flange through a set of flat ball bearings, so it can rotate eccentrically around the casing. When the tester encounters jamming or rope entanglement of the oil pipe during lifting and lowering in the annulus, the eccentric pipe column can be rotated to synchronously rotate the oil pipe hanger and test hole around the center of the casing, thereby changing the corresponding position of the annulus section in the wellbore and achieving the purpose of preventing entanglement and unwinding. The dual rotation wellhead device can not only use the center of the casing as the axis, but also the center of the oil pipe as the axis, so it plays a significant role in solving the problems of entanglement and blockage of the oil pipe.
