※ Introduction
The retractable slip fishing spear is a tool used to fish from the fish cavity hole. It can catch the pipe column in a free state or catch stuck pipe columns. This product has the characteristics of simple structure, flexible and reliable action, easy operation, and high success rate of operation.
※ Working Principle
1. In the free state of salvage, the outer diameter of the circular slip is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the falling object. When the tool enters the fish cavity, the circular slip is compressed, generating a certain external expansion force, causing the slip to adhere tightly to the inner wall of the falling object. As the core shaft rises and the lifting force gradually increases, the serrated threads on the core shaft and the slip fit each other, and the slip generates radial force, causing it to bite the fish and achieve fishing.
2. Exit: Once the fish is stuck and cannot be retrieved, the spear needs to be exited. As long as a certain downward force is applied to the core shaft, the circular chuck can detach from the internal and external serrated threads of the core shaft (this downward force can be achieved by the drill string itself or the use of a downward hammer). Then, rotate the drilling tool forward 2-3 times, and the circular chuck will generate relative displacement with the core shaft, causing the circular chuck to move downward along the serrated threads of the core shaft until it contacts the upper end face of the release ring. Lift the drilling tool up to exit the fish.
