※ Introduction
The spring type casing scraper (hereinafter referred to as the scraper) can be used to remove cement blocks, cement rings, hard wax, various salt crystals and sediments left on the inner wall of the casing, perforation burrs, and iron oxide produced after casing corrosion, so as to smoothly enter various downhole tools and improve the success rate of tool insertion and operation.
※ Working principle
The scraper works within a fixed size of the casing space, so the adhesive on this smaller inner diameter can be scraped. This scraping effect is similar to a cylindrical groove cutter in mechanical processing, which uses a tough blade to cut the material to be cut and polish the surface curvature after being cut.
