JHY341 Water Injection Packer
※ Introduction
Expansion packers are mainly used for processes such as channeling, leak detection, and acid fracturing. Simple in structure, it relies on the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the oil pipe to seal, and is usually used in conjunction with hydraulic anchors and throttling devices.
※ Working Principle
1. Sealing: Hydraulic pressure is applied from inside the oil pipe. When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the oil pipe reaches 0.5-0.7MPa, the hydraulic pressure acts on the inner cavity of the rubber cylinder, expands the rubber cylinder, and seals the annular space of the oil and casing.
2. Unsealing: Release the pressure on the oil pipe, and the rubber cylinder will be retracted and unsealed.
