※ Purpose
KPX-113 eccentric water distribution tool is mainly used for layered injection in water injection wells.
※ Working Principle
The KPX-113 eccentric water distribution tool mainly consists of a working cylinder, a plug, and a fishing device. During normal water injection, the plug is seated on the offset hole of the working cylinder body by the step of the plug body, and the cam is stuck at the enlarged hole on the upper part of the offset hole. The four "0" shaped rubber rings on the upper and lower parts of the plug body seal the outlet groove of the offset hole. The injected water enters the oil casing annulus through the plug filter screen, water nozzle, outlet groove, and the offset hole of the working cylinder body, and is then injected into the formation.
